EMA’S DINER

We are so excited to have a place where children can perfect their culinary skills. Imaginary restaurant play can help kids learn social dining expectations. Kids are much more likely to remember the mini-lessons if they choose which role (dining guest or waiter/chef) they want to play and take the lead. The kid-directed storyline may be funny or dramatic, and it might give you some interesting insights into how your child views their own experiences at restaurants.

FUN FACT:

Ema’s Diner was inspired by Ms.Laura and Mr.Ron’s only grandaughter, Emalynne. She has always loved playing with her American Girl Dolls. Her imagination with the toy diner is so much fun to watch.
