When can I come in for open play?

Open play is Monday through Friday. We offer two different sessions, morning and afternoon. The morning session is from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and the afternoon session is from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. We also will have occasional sunset play that we will post on our weekly calendar. It is best to call ahead of time to ensure the playroom is not at max capacity. We will post on our social media accounts and have a sign on our sidewalk when the playroom is full.

Can I drop off my children?

No. Parents must remain in the building at all times.

Are there limits on how long we can stay and play?

While we encourage you to visit MLT as much as possible, we will close between play sessions to give the play room attendants a chance to reset the playroom, clean and set up for the second session of the day.

Are socks required?

Yes! Socks are required at all times for children and adults upon entrance into the facility. MLT staff members are even required to wear socks. If you see a staff member with shoes on, those shoes are only worn at MLT and do not leave the building. Socks can be purchased for $2.00. Disposable shoe covers for adults can be purchased for $1.00

Are adults required to sign a waiver?

All guests 17 years of age and under must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members ages 17 years and younger may be included on the same waiver. This also helps us to maintain an accurate headcount so that we know how many people we have in the facility at all times. Once a waiver has been completed, its good for 12 mos. Save time at the door and fill out your waivers ahead of time here

Will MLT staff members supervise the playroom at all times?

In all play zones, our trained, dedicated, and friendly floor staff provides general oversight for safe use of the play equipment in the play areas. Our Floor staff does not supervise or monitor children, but will encourage safe use of all toys and equipment. All children should be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. For your convenience, we offer seating with a direct view of the play zones.

Is alcohol served or allowed?

No!!! MLT is a family play facility, so alcohol (including wine) vapes, e-cigarettes, drugs, etc. is prohibited.

Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?

As kind as that is, we would prefer you put it in our “Pay It Forward” funds, which we can use at any given time to cover another child’s admission, fund a snack or drink, or maybe put it towards a local group looking to visit MLT.

Can a child play while wearing a cast?

Yes, with parent consent and releasing MLT of all liability.

What type of safety instruction is provided?

Safety rules and instructions are posted throughout the facility and will be explained and enforced by dedicated floor staff.

What happens when you reach capacity?

MLT has an occupancy capacity as per County fire code regulations. When we reach capacity, no additional guests will be allowed to enter the facility for a period of time until guests leave. Birthday party guests are accounted for in the occupancy count. Should we reach capacity, notice of capacity and status will be communicated and advertised via our front desk staff, social media platforms, website, all incoming phone calls as well as a sign on the sidewalk. Internally, capacity and occupancy control are monitored by staff and managers at all times.

How will I know when you are open during inclement weather?

Notice of closing during inclement weather will be communicated via this website, our Facebook, and incoming phone inquiries. If roads are safe and our parking lot is clear, we will be open! Check opening status by clicking on our Facebook page HERE.

You can call, email, or come in to schedule your party. All party packages are listed on our home page.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

You may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next 3 months.  Any party cancelled with less than 14 days notice will forfeit their deposit. Any party cancelled with less than 7 days before the party will forfeit their payment. We will work with you on weather related delays and do not count that as a cancellation. Guests who fail to cancel (no call/no show) will be charged for 100% of the total party price (no exceptions).

What if I am late for my scheduled party time?

We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. We might be able to extend your party time if there's no other party after yours as long as there's availability for a small fee.

Can I bring my own goody bags and/or balloons?

Yes and no! You may bring your own goody bags and balloons. However, all balloons must be weighted (tied to a weight) and cannot be distributed individually to your guests. What if there is inclement weather the day of our party?

In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you on a sensible approach taking into account the current weather conditions. If it is necessary to reschedule the party, we will work with you to find a new date that is within three (3) months of the original date. At the time we agree to reschedule the event, the customer is responsible for 100% of the party price.
